Hawzah News Agency (Najaf, Iraq) – Senior Iraqi ceric Grand Ayatollah Bashir al-Najafi received his representatives in the US, Hujjat al-Islam Telmiz al-Hassan and Sayyed Razi in his office in the holy city of Najaf on Thursday, April 19.

During the meeting, the revered Shia source of emulation made some remarks on the status of Muslim minorities in the Western countries and emphasized promoting Ahlulbayt’s (as) doctrine among Muslims in the West and to strengthen their ties with holy Najaf.

His representatives in the US also presented reports on the conditions of Islamic minorities in the West and stressed the key position of holy city of Najaf as the civilizational basis of Islam.
